Step 1

Choose your affirmation.

This will be your journal entry every day and night. Be specific on what you want, make sure that you want this in your life, and believe that you truly are/have this affirmation.

Repeat the same entry 18 times a day for 33 days.

3 times in the morning (when you wake up),
6 times in the middle of the day, and
9 times at night (before sleep).
